Katarína Kabáth

I am a passionate facilitator and coach, a guide for individuals and businesses alike. I have 21 years of experience in business, focusing on the supporting, training, and coaching adults. 

I have worked with professionals from various countries, such as Denmark, Israel, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, the United States, France, and so on. I cooperate with individuals, teams, executives, members of top management and/or company boards.

I have worked for SABMiller-Plzeňský Prazdroj,  and Naděje, o.s. In cooperation with Grant Thornton Advisory, I prepared and lectured several Managerial Academies for Hochtief, Magna Bohemia, České Dráhy IS, Eltodo, ČEZ Group and others.

I have also worked as a trainer, coach, and facilitator for ŠKODA AUTO (VW Group), HP, Komerční Banka, Siemens, GE, Česká pojišťovna, Wunderman Thompson, DHL, Gemalto, International SOS Assistance, E.ON, Zoetis, for whom I prepared Assessment and Development centers, as well as carried out necessary needs analyses for teams, departments and entire companies. In the last few years I supported organizational change processes for several companies such as Hollandia or Avnet.

In addition to completing my university studies in Bratislava,Slovakia and Prague,Czech Republic, I am a committed lifelong learner.Recently, I obtained certifications as an Integral Growth Coach, a LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitator, a Points of You Trainer, and a facilitator of Sociomapping. ​
