Fosca Di Gabriele

Fosca graduated in materials engineering and was working for 15 years as a researcher, gradually growing into management of small teams. She is passionate about materials science, however, over the years her interest on the human side of research has been growing exponentially.

During her working experience Fosca matured the awareness that excellence in science (as in any other filed) is possible thanks to strong and deeply rooted personal motivation. The drive to the highest satisfaction and success at work, goes through the process of getting in touch with our truest self.

She likes working with individuals and team tackling issues from Scientific Writing, to Presentation Skills, as well as Time Management, Team Work and Communication issues in general. Fosca is inspiring little steps into self-awareness and personal growth, with a deep meaning and a clear vision, so that our human side takes the driver seat!

She offers her experience as a trainer, facilitator and coach, combining coaching techniques from the Erickson method and self-awareness methods. She also offers insights into facilitating with the LEGO serious Play method.
